ClickDishes is a social food ordering app that allows people to order-ahead and pay a hundreds of quick service restaurants. ClickDishes links colleagues, coworkers and classmates when ordering food.
• The app is designed for mobile order ahead (“Grab & Go”) ordering for self and friends
• Designed for QSR restaurants who can get food ready in 5-15 mins
• iOS & Android App for users
• Merchant App for restaurants
We have built a platform to provide order-ahead feature to restaurants. ClickDishes provides a risk-free and low-cost solutions to restaurants of all kinds to get into the mobile ordering game. Not only do they get instant access to the pool of new customers, we also help them retain their customers by introducing loyalty program and social features.
APP PRODUCT DESIGN
2020 design update
For 2 year and 6 months, I’ve been finding UX problems with Dev team members and troubleshoot in design. Whenever new features come out (ig. rewards, WEM in-mall delivery), I made design update to make users more accessible to the new features.
I set up typography design guide and made UI improvement with consistent font type, weight and size. I constantly find any graphic mistake or room for improvement, and worked with data update team and developers to make UI, and graphic changes.
2018 design update
CLICKIDISHES COMPANY WEBSITE
ClickDishes corporate website is redesigned in April-May in 2018. I created new layout, graphics and UI to make the website more visible, and better user experience. Created graphics implying what ClickDishes is so people to understand about the product and service not reading all contents. Worked close with CMO and marketing specialist to improve contents.
